Heads of various departments work closely with Management in implementation of policies and programs within the hospital. As part of good governance, Management meets with all heads in HUDDLE every day to share and brainstorm on the improvement of the facility.
Also, other professional associations including Ghana Registered Nurses Association (GRNA) and Health Service Workers Union (HSWU) assist in contributing effectively to the governance and administration of the Hospital.
